Rattler Global and MultiMedia Group is run by a team of arts and culture — music and talent, and special eventing enthusiastics. We are firm believers in discovering new talents and exploring new avenues to achieve sustainable success for both participants and the communities we serve. We work with a diverse band of creative ideas and talents across the music and entertainment spectrum, collegiate and community, and sports and fashion arenas to provide a one-stop shop for timeless and signature special events. But we just don't stop at special eventing. We keep moving... expressively, giving back while moving forward. How do we give back ...? In conjunction with our 'new' outreach program — 'Vision Inspire'; our motivation is also built on humanity and service, arts and culture, and talent and education. Our plan of action ignite social responsibilities and economic progresses chiefly for at risk youths, juveniles, veterans, and disadvantage women and victims of homelessness, poverty, and human trafficking. Through arts and culture we incorporate heritage and tradition with trends and advancements. And in this; a forever-changing world, by means of special eventing we promote, advocate, engage, and entertain ... soulfully and purposely.

Jeffers was born and raised in the British West Indies graduated from high school at age 15 and by age 22 - the college undergrad – a then pre-med; Biology and Chemistry major was also business savvy by nature; where he would often transforms simple ideas into great methods —impelling on the concept [that] “unless you do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow”. Whether it’s in life or business, Jeffers strive on a quote he wrote; “there are only two ways to handle ‘life’; you either react or respond”— he prefers and executes the latter. No matter if it is for profit or charity, he understands the single most objective of any business is to advance and underlined fact that even though businesses need to be financially stable - businesses are foremost in business with people… both employees and customers… the community. Jeffers graduated with Degrees in Organization Communication, Marketing, and Advertising. His worth of value is no secret to executives and professionals of the Entertainment and Marketing Industries – primarily of BET [Viacom] where he interned and worked as Student Assistant Producer and Coordinator for BET 106 & Park and helped championed many hit programs including “BET’s Rip the Runway”. Bottom-line, he gets the job done by transforming ideas into a blueprint for success and delivers on what he promises.
